Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 18.11.2006 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge Fast Track Court, Mainpuri in Session Trail No. 256 of 2002, Case Crime No. 174 of 2001, under Section 147, 148, 302/149 and 307/149 IPC, P.S. Dannahar, District Mainpuri. Further prayer has been made to release the appellant in the aforementioned case during pendency of the present appeal. 3. As per office report dated 22.3.2025 based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri dated 22.8.2023, appellant Yogendra has died 29.9.2009. Along with report, statement of Prithavi Singh, Sub-Inspector, Dharmendra Singh son of appellant, Shyama Devi, Gram Pradhan have also been placed on record. 4. Accordingly, appeal stands abated. 5.
