The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 31.10.2009 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act) Fast Track Court No.1, District- Bareilly in Sessions Trial No.972 of 2006 (State Vs. Bhagwan Das and others). 2. As per the Office report dated 11.09.2024, based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly dated 13.08.2024, according to which the sole surviving appellant, namely, Babu Ram son of Kallu Maurya died on 23.06.2022. Along with the report of C.J.M., Bareilly, statement of Sub-Inspector Suresh Pal Singh, statement of Rajesh son of Babu Ram and statement of neighbor Ram Chandra along with death certificate have been annexed. 3.
