The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 18.09.2007 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.5, Meerut, in Sessions Trial No.494 of 2000. 2. As per the Office report dated 24.04.2025, based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut, dated 25.03.2025, the sole surviving appellant, namely, Zulfiquar son of Mangoo died on 27.02.2023. We have perused the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut along with the statement of Sub-Inspector, Rajesh Kumar Singh. Statements of Sub Inspector Rajesh Kumar Singh, statement of Bhuri wife of Afroz, daughter-in-law of sole appellant and death certified, have also been annexed. 3.
