This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 25.07.2008, passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No.2, Jalaun at Orai in S.T. No.- 152 of 2006 (State of U.P. Vs. Durga Singh and others). 2. Office has submitted its report dated 21.03.2025 based on the report of learned C.J.M., Jalaun at Orai dated 24.02.2025 according to which the sole appellant Bhoore Singh son of Durga Singh died about 10 years back. Along with the report, statement of Sub-Inspector Anupam Mishra, statement of Gram Pradhan Brijendra Kumar and statement of Bheeshm Singh elder brother of deceased-appellant are on record. 3. The appeal, accordingly, stands abated. 4. However, it is provided that the record of the present appeal shall remain connected with the other appeals.
