Present criminal appeal has been preferred against judgment and order dated 20.1.2007 passed by Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C. No.1), Kanpur Dehat in Sessions Trial No. 524 of 1997, Sessions Trial No. 27 of 2002 and Sessions Trial No. 237 of 1998. 2. Perused the office report dated 11.3.2025 based on the report of C.J.M., Kanpur Dehat dated 20.2.2025 to the effect that the sole appellant Raghuvir Singh died on 18.9.2021. Along with the said report, statement of Chandrajeet Singh, son of the appellant and the death certificate are also annexed. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal stands abated.
