The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 30.08.2007 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar, in Sessions Trial No.725 of 2003. 2. As per the Office report dated 25.04.2025, based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar, dated 16.04.2025, the sole surviving appellant, namely, Brijesh Kumar Agnihotri son of Late Angad Prasad died on 15.12.2015.The information received from the informant of the criminal prosecution Anand Mishra that the sole appellant is dead. The informant -Anand Mishra further states that he was called for recording of his statement on his given mobile number. However, he never turned up for recording of his statement.
