Present appeal has been filed with the prayer to allow the appeal and set aside the judgement and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Badaun in S.T. Nos. 688 of 2002, 689 of 2002 and 690 of 2002 wherein appellants have been convicted under section 302/34 I.P.C. for the life imprisonment. Further prayer has been made to enlarge the appellants on bail in the aforesaid case. 3. As per office report dated 10.3.2025 based on the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Badaun dated 20.2.2025, the surviving appellant no. 1 Mohd.
