Perused the office report dated 27.3.2025 and report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun dated 19.7.2024, according to which the sole appellant-Ganga Ram s/o Munna Lal died. Along with report of the CJM, Budaun statements of Nanhi Devi w/o Ganga Ram, Shailesh Kumar s/o Ganga Ram, Vedpal s/o Rishipal, Mahendra Pal- Vaillage Pradhan of Kundra, Police Station Dataganj, District Budaun and Chhotelal, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Dataganj and death certificate issued by Govt. of U.P. have been annexed. 3. Accordingly, present appeal stands abated. 4. The record of the present appeal shall remain tagged with the connected appeal.
