Laddan and Another) under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B I.P.C. arising out of Case Crime No. 107 of 2011, Police Station-Jalalabad, District- Shahjahanpur, whereby accused-appellants Ram Dev and Laddan have been convicted for the offence under Section 302/34 and 201 of I.P.C. and have been sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for life along with Rs.20,000/- fine for committing the offence under Section 302/34 I.P.C.; in
