Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 21.7.2007 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hamirpur, District Hamirpur passed in S.T. No. 87 of 2001 in Case Crime No. 67 of 2001, under Section 302 IPC, P.S. Biwar, District Hamirpur whereby appellant has been convicted and sentenced under Section 302 IPC, life imprisonment and fine of Rs. 10,000/-. Further prayer has been made to release the appellant in the aforementioned case during pendency of the present appeal. 3. As per office report dated 26.4.2025 based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun dated 4.4.2025, appellant Dillipat Vishwakarma has died about two years ago.
