Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 19.7.2006 passed by the learned Special Judge Hamirpur in Session Trial Nos. 14 of 2003 and 18 of 2003, Case Crime Nos. 92 of 2002 and 97 of 2002 under Sections 302, 394, 411 IPC and 25 Arms Act, P.S. Lalpura, District Hamirpur. 3. As per office report dated 28.5.2025 based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hamirpur dated 29.4.2024, appellant Tahar Singh has died about four years back. Along with report, statement of Manoj co-accused, Dirpal uncle of the appellant, Uttra Devi, sister-in-law (bhabhi) of the appellant, Lallu informant, Samshuddin Gram Pradhan and Dara Singh Sub Inspector have also been annexed. 4.
