This appeal arises out of impugned judgement and order dated 18.11.2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.5, Kanpur Nagar in Sessions Trial No.1019 of 2008 (State Vs. Vinay Kumar Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.57 of 2008, under Sections 147, 148, 376, 302 read with Section 149 & 120-B I.P.C., Police Station-Rail Bazar, District-Kanpur Nagar and the maximum sentence awarded to the accused appellant is life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302/34 I.P.C. The rest of the sentences are lesser sentences and all the sentences have been ordered to run concurrently. 2. The appellant-Amar Nath Singh was reported to be died.
