Heard learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 4.6.2007 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. 1, Mainpuri in Session Trial No. 300 of 2004 whereby appellants have been convicted in Case Crime No. 35 of 2004, under Section 302, 307, 504 IPC, P.S. Barnahal, District Mainpuri. Further prayer has been made to release the appellants on bail during the pendency of the present appeal. 3. As per office report dated 08.4.2025 based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri dated 23.1.2024, appellant no. 1 Santosh died on 13.5.2022 and appellant no. 2 Shiv Raj died on 12.4.2016. Along with the report, statement of Sub- Inspector Vishvendra Singh, Chandra Singh, brother of both the appellants, Punam wife of Rajnesh Kumar, Sabhasad have been placed recorded.
