Present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 20.03.2006 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court-3 in Sessions Trial No.557 of 2001 (State vs. Mohan) bearing Case Crime No.119 of 1994, under Section 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 and 364 IPC, Police Station Dholna, District Etah convicting and sentencing the appellant under section 148 IPC to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.1000/- als
