Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 4.2.21984 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge and Special Judge (Economic Offences) Jhansi, in Session Trial No. 53 of 1983 whereby appellants have been convicted and sentencef to undergo for life imprisonment under section 302 IPC read with section 34 IPC. 3. As per office report dated 11.4.2025, surviving appellant no. 1 Mushtaq has died. 4. We have perused the report dated 17.3.2025 submitted by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi along with statement of Sabir Ali son of late Amanat Ali who has stated that surviving appellant no. 1 Mushtaq was his uncle and after having been released from jail he went for Mumbai and died there. He has no other legal heirs. Statement of Sub-Inspector has also been recorded. 5. Appeal is stood abated in respect of appell
