Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 21.7.2006, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Allahabad in S.T. No. 849 of 1996, under Sections 302/34 I.P.C. arising out of Case Crime No. 547 of 1995, P.S. Sarai Iniyat, District Allahabad. 3. As per office report dated 20.5.2025 based on report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Prayagraj dated 11.4.2025, sole appellant Chhote Lal @ Chotai has died on 17.10.2010. Along with report, copy of the statement of local councilor Siya Ram Maurya, Amar Singh, son of appellant Chhote Lal have been placed on record. 4. Accordingly, appeal stands abated. 5. However, the record of present appeal shall remain connected with the connected appeal Nos. 4041 of 2006 and 4313 of 2006. 6. List the other connected appeal after three weeks.
