Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 10.5.2007 passed by learned Additional Session Jduge/Fast Track court, Allahabad in S.T. No. 1205 of 1998 whereby appellant has been convicted under Section 302/34 IPC for life imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 10,000/- and in default of payment of fine, six months additional sentence has been awarded. 3. As per office report dated 20.5.2025 based on report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Prayagraj dated 18.4.2025, appellant Rajendra Pasi has died on 5.4.2022. Along with report, copy of statement of Manju Devi, wife of appellant, Praveen Katiyar, Sub Inspector and death certificate of the appellant Rejendra Pasi have also been annexed. 4.
