The present criminal appeal arises from the judgement and order dated 27.02.1991, passed by Sri Brahm Singh, learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Rampur in Sessions Trial No.101 of 1988 (State Vs. Taaley Hasan and another), arising out of Case Crime No.133 of 1987, under Section 376 & 302/201 I.P.C., Police Station- Shahabad, District Rampur, whereby, the present appellants have been convicted and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302 I.P.C., to undergo rigorous imprisonment of five years for offence under Section 376 I.P.C. and to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment for the offence under Section 201 I.P.C.
