Present criminal appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 15.4.2010 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. 3, Badaun in S.T. No. 510 of 2003 under section 147, 148, 302/149 I.P.C., P.S. Civil Lines, District Badaun arising out of Case Crime No. 981 of 2002, P.S. Civil Lines, Budaun. Further prayer has been made to release the appellant on bail during pendency of the present appeal. 3. As per office report dated 7.4.2023 based on the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Badaun dated 20.3.2025, the sole appellant Shyam Singh son of Rajveer Singh had died about one years ago.
