Office has submitted its report dated 20.05.2025 based on the report of learned C.J.M., Gorakhpur dated 09.05.2025 according to which the sole appellant Ram Adhar son of Ramayan died about 12 years back. Along with the report, statement of Sub-Inspector Vijay Kumar Gaur, statement of Gram Pradhan Govind Jaiswal, statement of Yashvant Singh son of deceased-appellant, statement of Vashisth son-in-law of deceased-appellant and certificate issued by the Gram Pradhan are on record. 3. The appeal, accordingly, stands abated. 4. However, it is provided that the record of the present appeal shall remain connected with the other appeals.
