Present appeal arises from the judgment and order dated 25.10.2013 passed by Shri Pramod Kumar Mishra, learned Sessions Judge Farrukhabad, in Sessions Trial No. 79 of 2013 (State of U.P. v. Ramveer Pal), arising out of Case Crime No. 68 of 2013, under Section 376 IPC, P.S. Mohammadabad, District Farrukhabad. By that order, the learned court below has convicted the appellant under Section 376 IPC and sentenced him for rigorous life imprisonment together with fine of Rs. 20,000/-, in default thereof, one year additional rigorous imprisonment has been awarded in the event of non-payment of fine. 3.
