Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 19.12.2007 passed by learned Sessions Judge Gautam Budh Nagar, in Session Trial No. 6 of 2006, Case Crime No. 43 of 2004 whereby appellant has been convicted and sentenced to undergo for life imprisonment under section 120-B, 302/34 and 201/34 IPC. Further prayer has been made to stay the effect and operation of aforesaid order during pendency of the present appeal. 3. As per office report dated 27.3.2025 based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar, dated 23.9.2024 appellant Suresh Alias Lala had died on 17.3.2024.
