Indrajeet @ Badkana & others). 2. We have perused the office report dated 22.03.2025 based on the report of learned C.J.M., Bareilly dated 30.10.2023, according to which the sole appellant Satyapal died about 7-8 years ago. Certificate and statement of Gram Pradhan, statement of Sub- Inspector Surjit Singh, statement of Survesh son of Satyapal and statement of Suresh Pal son of Ramdeen Singh, who is neighbor are on record. 3. Accordingly, the appeal stands abated. 4. However, the record of this appeal shall remain connected with the leading appeal.
