The case of the prosecution has been found to be based on no evidence. That being our conclusion based on appraisal of evidence, we find no good ground exists either to proceed against the other accused persons who have been acquitted by the learned trial court or to enhance the punishment awarded to the accused persons namely Mujeeb and Dayanand @ Bhante. 3.
