This appeal arises out of impugned judgement and order dated 09.12.1983 passed by the Sessions Judge, Azamgarh in Sessions Trial No.384 of 1983, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station- Ahiraula, District- Azamgarh and the maximum sentence awarded to the accused appellant is life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302 I.P.C. 4. Since the Criminal Appeal No.2013 of 1984 filed on behalf of appellant-Somendra Alias Jhurjhur has been declared abated today arising from the death of the sole appellant, the present appeal is also declared abated. For the same reason, consigned to record. 5.
