The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 29.10.1983 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Azamgarh, in Sessions Trial No.180 of 1982. 2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 28.09.2018, 21.04.2025, office has submitted its report dated 07.05.2025 based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mau dated 19.04.2025, according to which all the four appellants are dead. Appellant no.1 Udai Shanker son of Dhaneshwar died on 13.12.2017. Along with report, statement of Panmati Village Pradhan, statement of Rambachan Yadav son of appellant no.1- Udai Shankar have been recorded and are on record.
