This appeal arises out of impugned judgement and order dated 09.12.1983 passed by the Sessions Judge, Azamgarh in Sessions Trial No.384 of 1983, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station- Ahiraula, District- Azamgarh and the maximum sentence awarded to the accused appellant is life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302 I.P.C. 4. Office has reported on the strength of communication dated 6.9.2021 received from C.J.M., Azamgarh that the sole appellant Somendra Alias Jhurjhur died three years prior to 04.09.2021.
