Along with the report statement of Arun Kumar Sub-Inspector, statement of Manoj Kumar son of Shiv Kumar real nephew of the appellant and statement of Arvind Kumar son of Asha Ram real brother of the deceased appellant along with death certificate has been annexed. 3. Accordingly, appeal stands abated. 4. However, the record of the present appeal shall remain connected with surviving leading appeal.
