This criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 07.01.2010 passed by Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 8, Fatehpur in Session Trial No. 124 of 1995 (State vs. Chheddu), by which the appellant was convicted and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment under Section 302 I.P.C. with fine of Rs. 5,000/- and in default of payment of fine the accused-appellant shall undergo six months additional rigorous imprisonment. 3.
