Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 28.2.2008 passed by the learned Additional Session Judge (Fast Track Court), Firozabad in Session Trial No. 243 of 2007, Case Crime No. 144 of 2006 under Sections 302/34, 323/34 and 506 IPC, P.S. Line Paar, District Firozabad. 3. As per office report dated 7.5.2025 based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad dated 6.11.2024, appellant Devesh @ Pappu has died on 3.6.2021. Along with report, statement of Babita wife of appellant, Anuj Sharma son of the appellant Devesh @ Pappu, Vimlesh Gram Pradhan, Sherpal Singh Sub Inspector and death certificate of the appellant, have also been annexed. 4.
