The present appeal has been preferred against the judgement and order dated 18.01.2007 passed by Additional District and Session Judge/Fast Track Court, Room No.2, Bareilly in S.T. No.306 of 2003 (State Vs. Umendra Sahu & another). 2. We have perused the office report dated 22.03.2025 based on the report of learned C.J.M., Bareilly dated 01.11.2023, according to which the sole appellant Umendra Sahu died on 15.05.2018. Along with the report of learned C.J.M., copy of death certificate, statement of Sub-Inspector Santveer Singh, statement of Rajeswari mother of the deceased appellant and statement of Mayank Pandey neighbor of the deceased appellant in original are placed on record. 3.
