The present Criminal Appeal has been filed against the impugned judgment and order dated 2.8.2018 passed by Additional District& Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Aligarh in Session Trial No. 90 of 2006 (State Vs. Ravi) under Section 302 IPC arising out of Case Crime No. 193 of 2005, Police Station- Pisawa, District Aligarh whereby the appellant has been convicted and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life and with fine of Rs. 25000/- with default stipulation. 3.
