The present appeal has been filed by the first informant- Chhail Bihari Kirad against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 03.11.2022 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Mathura in Special Session Trial No.3676 of 2018 (State of UP v. Shyam & anr), arising out of Case Crime No.486 of 2018, under Sections 302, 201 & 120B IPC and Section 3(2)(v)(a) SC/ST Act, P.S.- Kosikalan, District- Mathura, whereby the learned court below has acquitted the accused persons of the offence punishable under the sections referred to above. 3. After filing of the present appeal, it was listed for admission on 13.02.2023. Notices were issued to the accused persons.
