Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 24.5.1986 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge of Shahjahanpur, in Session Trial No. 468 of 1985, under sections 302/34 IPC. 3. As per office report dated 1.5.2025 based on report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur dated 11.4.2025, appellant no. 3 Shyamwati wife of Banwari has died. 4. We have also perused the report dated 2.6.2023 and according to which appellant no. 1 Ramesh died on 24.7.2007 and appellant no. 2 Banwari died on 11.2.2013. Along with report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur dated 4.10.2018, their death certificate have also been annexed along with statement of Shyamwati wife of Banwari, Vijay Kumar, brother of Banwari Lal, statement of Dal Gopal Singh Sub Inspector are also on record. 5.
