Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 16.2.2008 passed by the learned Additional Session Judge (Fast Track Court), Fatehpur in Session Trial No. 147 of 2003, Case Crime No. 161 of 2002 under Section 302 IPC, P.S. Thariyaon, District Fatehpur. 3. As per office report dated 9.5.2025 based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur dated 01.01.2025, sole appellant Dinesh has died on 21.7.2018. Along with report, death certificate issued by Gram Pradhan Sangita Devi, statement of Sridhar Shukla Sub Inspector, Raja Ram, father of the appellant, Siya Ram, neighbor of appellant and statement of Gram Pradhan have also been annexed. 4.
