Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 17.1.2008 passed by the learned Additional Session Judge (Fast Track Court), Bulandshahar in Special Session Trial No. 737 of 2003 under Sections 302/34 IPC, P.S. Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr. 3. As per office report dated 7.5.2025 based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahar dated 30.9.2024, appellant Mangte has died on 01.01.2022. Along with report, death certificate of appellant, statement of Raj Kumar Bhati, son of the appellant, Prem Kumar, husband of Gram Pradhan and certificate issued by Gram Pradhan have also been annexed. 4.
