The present criminal appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 08.09.1994 passed by IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Badaun convicting the appellant under Section 302/34 I.P.C. and sentenced him to undergo imprisonment for life in S.T. No.- 398 of 1998 (State Vs. Kishan lal and others). 3. On 24.04.2025 detailed order was passed, pursuant to the aforesaid order Sri S.S.R. Dwivedi, learned A.G.A. has submitted the report which is taken on record. We have also perused the report submitted by C.J.M., Budaun dated 14.05.2025. According to the instructions of learned A.G.A. and the report submitted by C.J.M., Budaun, the sole appellant Jagdish died on 13.01.2018.
