Kotwali Mahoba, District Mahoba. 3. As per office report dated 9.5.2025 based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mahoba dated 13.9..2024, appellant Shyam Sunder @ Sunder has died on 10.3.2010. Along with report, statement of Mohd Soab Sub Inspector, Ram Sahay, Gram Pradhan, Geeta wife of appellant have also been annexed. 4. Accordingly, appeal stands abated.
