This bail application being application has been moved on behalf of appellants-applicants, Mohd. Ali and Asagar Ali, praying to enlarge them on bail in S.T. No. 763 of 1998, arising out of Case Crime No. 151 of 1996, under Sections 147, 452, 427, 323, 308/149 IPC, Police Station- Bhagatpur, District Moradabad. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has been convicted and sentenced maximum period of five years. The injured has suffered only one injury on nose which was found to be grievous. He further submits that the dispute took place because of the erection of tin-shed. Injuries were suffered by both the parties. There was also a cross case lodged.
