Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 30.3.1998 passed by Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Ballia in Session Trial No. 183 of 1989 whereby appellant has been convicted under section 302 IPC and sentenced to life imprisonment. 3. As per office report dated 16.7.2024 based on report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ballia dated 11.7.2024, sole appellant Bachchan Ji Pandey has died on 18.4.2024. Along with report, statement of his sons Praful Kumar Pandey and Prashant Kumar Pandey, Sub-Inspector Rajendra Rathor, Gram Pradhan Israr Ahmad have been placed on record.
