This appeal arises out of impugned judgement and order dated 29.08.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge S.C./S.T. Act, Jhansi in Special Trial No.08 of 2014 (State Vs. Manoj Kumar Prajapati), arising out of Case Crime No.215 of 2013, under Sections 363 & 366 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)5 S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station-Sipri Bazar, District-Jhansi and the maximum sentence awarded to the accused appellant is life imprisonment for the offence under Section 3(2)5 S.C./S.T. Act. The rest of the sentences are lesser sentences and all the sentences have been ordered to run concurrently. 4.
