This appeal arises out of impugned judgement and order dated 23.04.1983 passed by the Sessions Judge NMA, Kanpur in Sessions Trial No.15 of 1981, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station- Shivli, District- Kanpur Dehat and the maximum sentence awarded to the accused appellant is life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302 I.P.C. 4. Office has reported on the strength of communication received from C.J.M., Kanpur Dehat dated 04.12.2024 that the appellant Chiddu Nath son of Mohan Nath died about 20 years ago. That fact has been informed upon due inquiry made from the family of the accused-appellant and upon certification of the death by the Gram Pradhan. 5.
