This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 08.08.2024 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Impugned Order’) passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal Principal Bench, New Delhi, (hereinafter referred to as ‘learned Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 1991/2024, titled Sachin vs. Staff Selection Commission and Ors., allowing the said OA filed by the respondent herein, with the following directions: “4. To give a brief background of the facts in which the present petition arises, the respondent applied for the post of Constable (Executive) (Male) pursuant to the Advertisement dated 01.09.2023, issued by the petitioners herein. 3.
