Submissions have been made that the writ petition filed by the petitioners against the order dated 30.06.2021 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad in Original Application No. 427 of 2021 was dismissed relying on order in Union of India and three others Vs. Shiv Balak and two others: Writ A No. 14527 of 2022 and other connected matters decided on 15.12.2022 whereby similar nature petitions filed by the Union of India were dismissed. 3. Now, it is submitted that Hon'ble Supreme Court had, on the day when the order was passed by this Court, granted interim order with regard to the implementation of judgement in Director (Admin. and H.R.) KPTCL and others Vs. C.P. Mundin
