The captioned suit was initially filed against the Defendant No.1, because of non-adherence of financial discipline by the said Defendant in payment of rent as per terms of the Lease Deed dated 22.03.2016. This Court vide judgment dated 22.08.2024 held that corporate veil of Defendant No.1 has been used by its Directors to defraud the Plaintiff and the Court.
