This set aside order dated 16th September 2014 passed by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Employee’s Provident Fund Organisation (‘APFC’), under Sections 14B and 7Q of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (‘EPF Act’), with respect to interest under Section 7Q. 2.
