The plaintiff is part of the globally renowned PVH Corp., one of the world’s leading fashion and lifestyle conglomerates, with a brand portfolio that includes Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen, IZOD, Arrow, Warner’s, Olga, True & Co., and Geoffrey Beene, among others.
