The aforesaid two bail Applications under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟ hereinafter) have been filed on behalf of the Applicants – Mr. Vijay Jain and his wife, Mrs. Asha Jain decided together from the FIR No. 03/2021, under Section 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 („IPC‟ hereinafter), PS EOW. 2. It is stated in the Bail Applicationsthat two companies namely M/s AVJ Developer Pvt Ltd (“AVJDPL”)and M/s Best View Properties Pvt. Ltd (“BVPL”) was incorporated by the Applicant –Vinay Jain, which were the family owned Companies in which his wife/Applicant-Asha Jain, a housewife, was a Director.
