The present suit has been filed seeking partition of the estate of late Shri Banwari Lal Pasari (‘deceased’), who passed away on 22.05.1999. It is stated that the plaintiff along with defendant nos. 1 and 2 are the Class-I legal heirs of the deceased and are entitled to 1/3 rd share each in the estate of late Shri Banwari Lal Pasari. It is stated in the plaint that late Shri Banwari Lal Pasa
