By way of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner seeks appointment to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher [“TGT”] (Hindi), pursuant to an advertisement issued by respondent No. 2 – National Education Society for Tribal Students, Delhi [“NESTS”] in the year 2023. 2. By way of the said advertisement, NESTS sought to recruit for several teaching and non-teaching posts.
